How do I reserve my date?

To reserve your date we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If you are booking a date within 2 week of your event date, the full amount will be due upon receipt of the proposal.

Will the weather affect my booking?

Yes, If weather does not permit, the rentals must have an indoor location available.

What happens if I damage a rental item?

You will be responsible for any material loss or damage.

Is there an installation fee?

Yes, 25% of your total.

Are you insured?

Yes, a COI can be sent to you or your venue upon request.
